Telehealth is ideal for common illnesses (like colds, fevers, or rashes), behavioral support, and wellness check-ins. If your child needs an ear exam, laboratory tests, or emergency attention, we will coordinate and refer you to in-person care.
What states is Dr. Thomas licensed in to see families?
Dr. Thomas is licensed in Arizona and Texas. For telehealth visits, patients must be physically located in Arizona or Texas at the time of the visit.
Do you accept insurance and how do payments work?
We do not accept insurance at this time; we operate on a self-pay basis only. We also do not bill insurance or accept insurance claims. This allows us to offer streamlined, high-quality care at competitive rates. We are happy to provide a super bill, upon request, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
How do I schedule or cancel an appointment?
You can book an appointment 24/7 by clicking any “Book Appointment” button on our site. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice as a courtesy to other families seeking care.
